ENTRANTS
Entry is open to residents of the Relevant States and Countries aged eighteen (18) years or over. Employees, immediate family members, retailers, suppliers, associated companies, and agencies related to the Promoter are not eligible to enter.
TYPE OF PROMOTION
This Promotion is a game of skill.
ENTRY PROCEDURE
To enter and be eligible:
Entrants must, during the Promotional Period:
- Purchase a ticket to the Reel Rock 19 either online or at a participating venue.
- Complete and submit the online entry form accessible via QR code at the screenings.
- Provide mandatory details including full name, residential address, email, contact telephone number, and proof of purchase.
All entries will be deemed accepted at the time of receipt by the Promoter.
WINNER SELECTION CRITERIA
This is a game of skill, and chance plays no part in determining the winner. Winners will be judged on creativity, originality, and overall stand-out qualities of their entries.
The Promoter reserves the right to select additional reserve entries in case of invalid entries, ineligible entrants, or unclaimed prizes.
Each prize will be awarded to a different person, and entrants are eligible to win only one prize from the pool.
DETERMINATION DATE
The Tour-Wide Prize winners will be determined by the Promoter at 12pm AEST Monday, 10 March 2025, at Newport, Sydney. Nightly prizes will be drawn at the individual film screenings.
REDEMPTION PERIOD
For the Tour-Wide Prize, winners must claim their prize within 7 days of the Determination Date by verifying their identity with valid documentation. Nightly prize winners must be present at the screening to claim their prize.

Terms and Conditions
Information on eligibility, mechanisms to enter, prizes, and other details form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in the Promotion implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Verification of entries:
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants, including identity, age, and residence, and may disqualify any entrant who fails to meet eligibility conditions.
How to enter:
To be eligible, entrants must purchase a ticket and submit their entry during the Promotional Period in accordance with the Entry Procedure.
Game of skill:
Winners will be selected based on creativity and originality, as judged by the Promoter.
Prize conditions:
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Determination of winner is final:
The Promoter’s determination of the winner is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Unavailable prize:
If any prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value.
Liability:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage suffered by an entrant or winner in connection with the Promotion or use of the prize.
Force Majeure:
The Promoter may modify or cancel the Promotion in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond its control.
Jurisdiction:
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales and the Commonwealth of Australia.
